RESEARCH
My interest in research stems from a desire to progress, educate, and inform the dance community disseminating best practices for dancers, educators, and medical practitioners in all settings.
My current research investigates contemporary and modern dance techniques present in both the concert dance and commercial dance culture. This research would shed new light on these specific dance styles with emphasis on topics ranging from biomechanics, movement education, motor control/motor learning, performance enhancement, and injury prevention.
